Account Updates

I recently accidentally deleted my files, but I was able to recover them from a recent backup. When I did this I now have an issue with one of my checking accounts updating. It looks like it is adding instead of keeping a current balance. Has anyone else experienced this and if so, how did you resolve this issue?
