Why do I get an error message not to include certain symbols in my download ID, when I do not have*

any of those symbols in my ID?

    Disregard. Apparently Quicken changed their software and the symbol was in the account name, not the Customer ID. Why that would matter is beyond me!

    IF you're using Express Web Connect to download, certain special symbols (which are also HTML symbols) can be interpreted AS HTML symbols and interrupt the communications stream.
