    Hello @Gstafford61,

Thank you for reaching out to the Community with your question.

Could you please provide which version of Quicken you have currently running?

Also, in order to better assist you further, could you please provide the URL web address of OneAmerica that you use to sign in and access your accounts online?

Please, check back and let us know! Thank you.

What sort of unsatisfactory results?  What happened? What did they have you try?
Because OneAmerica (note that it's a single word) appears to support Q in several ways.
    OneAmerica    http://www.oneamerica.com/Home    NA    https://www.oneamerica.com/login    ACTIVE    INVESTMENT,ACCOUNTINFO,401K&DIRECT

    OneAmerica Retirement Services    http://oaretirement.com/    800-660-6282    http://oaretirement.com/    ACTIVE         401K&WEB-CONNECT

    OneAmerica Retirement Srvcs LLC    https://oaretirement.com    1-800-851-2119    https://oaretirement.com    ACTIVE         401K&WEB-CONNECT

BUT, for oaretirement.com, ONLY the web connect method of download is supported.  That means that you need to log into their website and initiate the download from there.

  • The phone support was extremely unproductive, The person was just reading form a scripts would not let me explain the situation. They were taking down the pathway that I had been down over 10 times. Finally I ended the call because it was a waste of time.

I can only download in PDF, or excel format and can the Quicken program extract the information from that format(s)?
OR do I have to hand enter the information? which is rather ridiculous to spend over $ 100 for this program?

Keep looking.  My wife previously had a OneAmerica account ... and I had no problem with downloading the transactions from the website ... although I seem that it was a bit tricky to find our WHERE to initiate the download.
Unfortunately, she had that account sufficiently long ago that her ID no longer works, so I can't provide detail about where to find the spot to initiate the download.
You also might try calling one of the phone numbers that I displayed and see if OA themselves can help.
