Credit card account

Quicken has converted a credit card account into a mortgage account and shows the mortgage account in closed. I am unable to access a ledger showing activity for this account. Looking for help in converting this back to credit card account that tracks/displays activity

    Have you tried restoring from a backup that you created before this happened?
    And, if that works, I'd suggesting validating that restored file before you continue.  It would seem that you current file is corrupted.
