Missing information in TD Ameritrade account

I am missing some cash draw out of my TD Ameritrade account from 2018 and 2019. Everything was good until last month and then the cash draw disappeared. This is causing my cash balance to be off by several thousand dollars. I have tried resetting the account twice but this does not help. I have looked at my account at TD Ameritrade and everything is correct on their end. I contacted TD Ameritrade and they say the problem is with Quicken.

    Since you say it was good until recently odds are it would not have been anything that happened at TD to change your Quicken account.  Could you have accidentally deleted this/these entries?  At this point the best option would probably be to try to restore a backup from prior to the entries disappearing.

    Since these are cash draws I assume they were transfers to another account (like checking?).  If so, are the other side of the entries there?

    Yes, the deposits were made to our checking account and Quicken is showing them correctly.
