CC-589 Unexpected Error - Ford Credit

CC-589 Unexpected Error. this has been several months. I have deactivated and reactivated several times and still get message. I did a Validate and Repair and still get message. what can i do to fix this?

    If you are still experiencing this issue on Monday I would contact support directly for advanced troubleshooting steps.
