Discover Card update downloads Payee as "'"

I've noticed that some updates transfer correctly, but many are coming across with a Payee of "'". No changes that I can think of to Discover account.

    If you hover your mouse over the downloaded transaction (before accepting it into the register!) is there a pop-up tooltip saying that the transaction was renamed from XXX?  If so, then somehow a renaming rule may have been created that blanks the payee out.  Review your renaming rules if so.

    If the transaction is already in the register you can turn on the Downloaded Payee column to see what was download (before a renaming rule would change it).
