The loan payment register has stopped showing my payments (but does show the current loan balance)

Quicken all of a sudden stopped my payment register on a loan that has been in the app for several years. Previously when I clicked on PAYMENT DETAILS, I would see the register with all my payments showing. Now, with no changes made to anything I Payments remaining and options to see the payment schedule but none of my past payments. Anybody else have this problem?

    • What Q product are you running, and what BUILD of that product?  Also, what's your "Membership Valid Thru" date?  All of this can be found at HELP, About Quicken
    • Have you recently enabled downloads into this loan?
    • WHERE are you seeing the "current balance"?

    The account has been enabled for downloads since the loan was originated over 5 years ago. Under current balance I am seeing the balance of the loan only (it seems to be trailing what my bank is showing by a month)
