I have multiple credit accounts with my bank (Chase). Never had problems downloading before, worked fine a couple of days ago. Today (for several hours already) keep getting the same error with the note "This error could also occur if there is a temporary server issue". I would attach a screen shot if there was a way to do that.

To attach a screen shot, you may drag and drop the image file on to the text entry box.

Please provide the full name of the financial institution and the connection method being used: open the register, press Ctrl + Shift + E and select the Online Services tab.

If you haven't already, you may want to review: https://www.quicken.com/support/error-when-using-online-services-ol-304

Note: Chase may require you to perform their verification process again: https://www.quicken.com/support/adding-chase-accounts-quicken

I have 4 credit cards with Chase. One of them still works. I have been using Quicken with downloads since it first became available and have never had this problem. I tried deactivating one of the accounts that isn't working and then adding it back. When Quicken lists that available accounts to link, only 1 of the 4 credit cards (the one that works) is listed so I can't activate the online service. My Quicken license just renewed this month, is that at coincidence? Surely I am not the only Quicken/Chase customer, so I am seriously doubting it is a change at Chase.
