Can I move a cash account to a new file

I have a couole of cash accounts that I would like to move to a fie of their own. Is this possible?

    About the only way to do this (or at least the easiest way) is to make a copy of your data file and rename it. Then open it delete every account except the two cash accounts. If you have many accounts in the file, this is gonna take a while. But it's the only way I'm aware of to do this. 

    (This answer applies to current QMac subscription version.)

    @RickO  I thought duplicating a file and using both the original and the copy going forward can be a problem because they're tied to the same Quicken cloud account. No? Is resetting Quicken Cloud after opening the duplicate enough to avoid issues?

    Oh right. I always forget about that because I don't use the cloud. So I guess you could go into settings and change the cloud account after opening the copy the first time. Or you could export the whole file into QXF and import that into a new empty file.
