Error code: BID = 10898 - Invalid Credentials

I keep getting this error messages when my Quicken does its automatic downloads.

This is from a Chase CC account. Password and user names are fine. Double and crippled checked by logging into my Chase Account and when entering in the Quicken Resolve.

When I try to Resolve, I get the other response. Is this a Chase problem or Quicken?
