    Thank you for reaching out to the Community regarding your issue, although I am sorry to hear that you are experiencing this issue with your mortgage. I'm wondering here if we might need to reset it in order to get the correct amount again. You can do so by right clicking on the account and selecting edit/delete account.  From there navigate across the top to the online services tab then select reset account. 

    Once you get a chance to try this step, please let us know what you find.
