Any news on the CC-501 error?

:s I mean it's been 3 weeks since I've been able to get my info from my Credit Union. I know I'm not the only one. The only update I've seen is that there isn't an update. BUT Quicken wants me to renew my subscription! So here's my question ... WHY THE HECK WOULD I WANT TO RENEW FOR SERVICE THAT DOESN'T WORK?

    There are CC-501 errors that occur for a variety of reasons at a variety of times. There is no such thing as "the reason" for "the CC-501 error". Sometimes it's a widespread issue, I can't find that you posted previously, so I don't know what credit union you're posting about. (Also, you posted in the Before You Buy category, but you might get better responses posting in the Quicken Windows > Downloading section.) You could also contact Quicken Support, as this forum is primarily for users helping other users.
