Issue with Quicken not updating schedule bill payments through Bank once paid or changed.

An issue with Quicken not updating schedule bill payments through Bank once paid or changed. The first I deleted scheduled payment to update the amount and the second issue, once the payment was made my account did not update.

    Thank you for reaching out to the Community regarding your issue, although I am sorry to hear that you are experiencing issues with your bill pay. To start off here could we get some more information are you using bank bill pay or quicken bill manager payments? I believe it is bank bill pay but I'd like to make sure. Next is are the bills still paying then not updating properly correct? What FI is this through? How long has this been happening?

    Once you get a chance let us know more. From there we'll decide what our next best steps are.
