How do I install Quicken in my applications folder?

When "installing" Quicken on my MAC, I get the following error message "Quicken needs to be installed in the application folder". I click on install and it goes through it's dance then I get the same error message back. Quicken does appear to be in my application folder but it won't run.

A couple things to check: it needs to be installed in the top-level applications folder, not the Applications folder within your user account. You must be logged in as an admin user to install into the top-level Applications folder.

And although this sounds stupid, try restarting your Mac and reinstalling.
