With the issue you're having I'm wondering if your FI may be affected by the 501 errors multiple CU's have been having recently. In your case I would recommend contacting Quicken
Support so they can collect logs and confirm that is the case or if your issue may need to be escalated separately. I will leave our hours down below as well as the original alert.
