Citibank CC-502 when trying to add new accounts (existing accounts work fine)

Hi. I'm experiencing CC-502 errors when attempting to add a new Citi credit card account to Quicken. Existing Citi credit cards already in Quicken continue to download without issue but I've gotten CC-502 consistently for several days when trying to add a new credit card account.

The fact that existing Citi accounts download new transactions fine implies that this isn't "maintenance on your bank's website."

Is anyone else experiencing this and, if so, when can we expect resolution?

    Hi @ed1chandler .  Which setup link are you using to try linking with your new Citi credit card....Citibank or Citi Cards? 
    If you are using Citibank, you might want to consider setting up an online account with Citi.com and linking in your Citi credit cards there.  Then authorize your online account to link with Quicken.  Once that is done, try setting up via the Citi Cards link and when given the option click on "Advanced Options" and then select "Direct Connect".  DC is a much more reliable and faster connection method than EWC (which is what CC-XXX error codes are for).
    The Citibank link, on the other hand does not offer DC and has a long history of connection issues.
