How to assign a budget to a category group?

Options
I don't want to assign granular budget amounts to each category. Instead, I just want to select a number of categories and assign a total budget to them. Is there a way to do this? If I can assign a budget to a category group, that'll solve my problem, but I can't find a way to do that. Thank you for your help!

No, this concept of "category groups" doesn't exist in Quicken Mac.

I really wish it did exist. I can't find anyway to effectively group my over 100 into three simple groups for budgeting. I could re-do my category list completely to make each category a subcategory of the groups I want, but I'd lose so much information. I've used Quicken windows for 25 years and finding that the super category or category group does not exist in Mac is SUPER dissapointing.
