USAA Data Not Downloading since mid-April

Options
I went through all of the required changes to download data from USAA back in April. I was able to download the transactions one time I believe. Now, I go to update my accounts, even enter the code from USAA for MFA, but no transactions download.

Do I need to redo all of the changes I did previously, or is there a new issue I need to deal with?

    It seems that when USAA made their changes for "security" some people went with Direct Connect and some with Express Web Connect.  You went with Express Web Connect, which has never been reliable at USAA.  And lately people reporting using Express Web Connect (all financial institutions) have been reporting not getting their transaction much more frequently for some reason.

    Direct Connect hasn't been problem free either since the change over, but at least it is downloading transactions.  The problems reported for Direct Connect have been not finding some accounts to link up, and duplicate transaction with the credit card.

    About the only troubleshooting I have seen for Express Web Connect that involves not getting transactions is to log out of your Quicken Id and back in.  Some have said it helped them, others no help.
    Edit -> Preferences -> Quicken ID & Cloud Accounts -> Sign in as a different user
    Other common troubleshooting for Express Web Connect is use Update Now from the register (gear icon menu), and if that doesn't work reset the connection:
    Crtl+Shift+E -> Online Services -> Reset Account

    The Online Services tab is also where you should see a link to switch to Direct Connect something like "improve your connection".  Note it uses a special user Id and code provide by going to the link of the USAA website.

    I am using Quicken for Mac. I am still receiving duplicate transactions in my credit card downloads even though I changed to Direct Connect and went to the access code, etc. At least now I know what to look for as I was told to add a column headed FITID to my CC register. All of the duplicate transactions have begun with the letter "M" in the FITID column. So when I see that I know I need to be very meticulous about manually reconciling. Bottom line, I don't know that there is a reliable download connection method for USAA CC transactions, at least at the present time, that can be trusted without careful review of each download.

    @Dstrand100 you are far from that only one, in fact everyone that has a USAA credit card has the same problem, and only USAA can fix it, and it doesn't seem like they intend to do that.  Note the USAA checking and savings accounts don't have this problem.
