Installation of separate files with differing currencies

I have both US and Canadian accounts with banks in the US and Canada respectively. I manage the Canadian accounts on my Mac using Quicken for Mac and the US accounts on my Dell laptop using Quicken for Windows. Since the Mac handles both US and CAD currencies can I open a new US file on the Mac to handle my US accounts and have all my accounts on one computer instead of grappling with two systems.

    Thank you for reaching out to the Community regarding your issue with combining accounts. I believe you should be able to do so on the Mac as it has support for Canadian and US accounts in one platform. The only difficulty you may have is making sure the accounts are in the correct currency. I believe this also makes reports work a bit funky if you try combining the accounts. I would recommend saving a backup of the program and trying it out for yourself to see if it's something that will work for you!
