I do not see a way to use direct connect to update my Costco Citi Bank account.

I have deactivated/reactivated and never see the option for direct connect. It defaults to express connect. I do not see a tab for advanced options

    I'm hooked up via Direct Connect for my Costco card but it looks like DC is no longer available:

    I guess I'm grandfathered in (thank goodness) but newer users will only get EWC as their method.
    I have several different credit cards managed through Citi and they all used to be DC for many, many years but a couple of years or so ago a couple of them flipped to EWC.  As a result, I don't use those cards anymore.

    Wow.  I just tried this in a new data file and sure enough the only thing I can get is Express Web Connect.
    You might be able to get back to Direct Connect if you restore from a backup.

    Bottom line is that people shouldn't deactivate this account from now on.

    Ummm ... may I ask why you are not using Citi Cards as the Financial Institution?
    I've been using that ever since I got my US Costco VISA card years ago and it offers Direct Connect.

    I didn't even look at what my original account is setup for.

    Yes you need to be using Citi Cards as the financial institution to get Direct Connect!
