what does error code 6932 mean?

What did you use as the installation file? Your original CD? A saved downloaded installation file?
And you're sure you used Q 2013 before you reinstalled? Or is it possible you had upgraded to a newer Quicken version since you originally purchased Q 2013? Q 2013 is not backward compatible and cannot process files used by newer Quicken versions
