Bank Updates went to wrong account

I updated my accts in Quicken and got the message that some transactions could not be downloaded. I had forgotten that I had changed my Bank acct passwords. When I corrected the problem in Quicken, data was downloaded but assigned to the wrong accts. What the hell is going on? How do I fix it?

    When you "corrected the problem", did you do so by deactivating and then reactivating two or more of your bank's accounts?
    If so, I must assume that you cross-connected these accounts, e.g., connected bank checking to Quicken savings and bank savings to Quicken checking register.
    Repeat the deactivate/reactivate process, making sure you link the bank accounts to the correct Quicken registers.
    Move any transactions downloaded to the wrong account by selecting and dragging them from the wrong account register to the correct account name in the sidebar.
