"What's New In Quicken R34.24" dialog box

Every single time I start up Quicken (Windows) this dialog box appears.
Is there a setting somewhere that will stop this. I click on the Red X in the upper corner each time to close it, but on the next restart it pops up again.

It appears that Scotty failed to import the image of the dialog box. Care to try again?

I would try clicking through the Next buttons until you get to the end before closing the dialog.
If that doesn't work you might want to update to the latest patch release from here:
