Category Field shows [], not the account name within []

Quicken Windows Subscription Member ✭✭
When I transferred money from a banking to investing account, both were selected from the account list drop down menu, when it was done, the Category Field only shows [], instead of [account name]. Why?

I suspect the Quicken file has become corrupt. I suggest you delete the transaction and reenter it. If you haven't already, you may want to review: https://help.quicken.com/display/WIN/Troubleshoot+a+damaged+Quicken+data+file0
