How do I turn Quicken validator off

Does this happen each time you try updating the account. Could we get a screenshot of what this looks like each time too? This should give us a better idea of what steps we can take. Let us know more once you're able to collect a screenshot of the error. From there we'll see what steps we can take in order to resolve the error.
