Getting a OL-293-A error for Citizens Bank and OL-393-A error for Wells Fargo. Spoke to Citizens Bank Quicken support and they say Quicken server not connecting to the Citizens Bank server. Assume same issue with Wells Fargo.

    Hi @Dspav

Looks like this is error code Friday...

Here's a link to some additional information about OL-293 -LINK

I think it likely that these are temporary issues that will affect a large number of Q users.  If so, let's hope that the Quicken Support folks are able to restore service quickly.  The guidance calls for waiting and trying again on the next business day.

    Hang in there!

    Hello everyone,

We're currently seeing seeing an increase in 293 errors from mutiple FI's. We'd ask that you report these issues by reporting a problem. In this case specifically report it via report a problem. You can do so by going across the top to Help > report a problem. You'll want to put Citizens Bank OL 293 in the subject line.

As for Wells Fargo we are currently seeing users have CC502/102 & OL393 errors. We also ask that logs are submitted via report a problem. You should be able to follow the same steps as Citizens bank but in the subject line you'll want to put Wells Fargo with your error.

    Thanks,
    Quicken Francisco
