OL 294 A Error When updating Edward Jones Accounts

Using Quicken release R 35.31 for Windows. getting OL 294 A Error When updating Edward Jones Accounts. I have tried to reset the accounts. They will not reset. I have rebooted.

Windows 10 * Quicken Premier user.

Quicken user since 198x something. Started with Quicken for DOS 5.X

    Thank you for reaching out to the Community regarding your issue, although I am sorry to hear that you are experiencing an issue with your investment accounts. I'm wondering have you taken a look at the OL-294 article just yet? If not this would be a good first step to take to figure out what exactly could be causing the issue.
