Quicken Mobile & Websync Issues with Paycheck

I finally decided to give Quicken Mobile & Web a try. During the sync, the majority of my entered paychecks were modified without notifying me. The paychecks were originally entered with all detail (gross salary, taxes, deductions etc.), but after the sync almost all of the entries lost the detail and had a single category of "salary". Super frustrated. Assuming there is no way to reverse. Please advise

    The way to "reverse" this would be to restore from a backup.  I would first turn off sync to Mobile/Web and then restore from a backup.
