Can't Enter - Reminder transaction due - in mobile App

Hello
why can't i enter a due transaction in the Quicken mobile ios? I see the tab but can't click it.

    Just trying on my iPhone… 
    wonder why our screen text is a little different ?  Is this a Reminder being Entered ?
    ADD Transaction vs ENTER Transaction
    blue SAVE vs green ENTER

    [EDIT] - yup - its a Reminder - slightly different screen....
    was able to click on the green checkmark to enter the Reminder transaction.
