Can Quicken support accounts in USD and EUR?

Besides my US accounts (in USD), I'm trying to import my accounts in EUR, and when I try to import a QFX file (converted from a MT940 file), Quicken says it doesn't support EUR. Is there a bypass?

Quicken DOES support EUR accounts ... but ONLY EUR transactions can be held in those accounts and there are no US or CDN banks (the only ones that CAN download into Q) that support EUR accounts,
SO, all of your EUR activity will need to be entirely manual.

I created manually an EUR account (offline), and it shows the account correctly with EUR sign, but cannot import QFX with EUR transactions. So you mean with 'manual' really manual with typing in the transactions? That is not doable (few hundred). Will it be fixed to have two currencies in the accounts?

They can't import because the Financial Transaction ID (FITID) doesn't belong to a currently "Participating Financial Institution" ... which Q checks with every transaction import.
Look in your FITID.txt file to find a valid ID and edit the QFX file (what bank produced it?) to reflect that FITID.
And, I doubt that Q will EVER permit 2 currencies in the same Q account.  Would simply require too much work on Q's part

The US version of Quicken Windows doesn’t allow importing QFX files in any currency other than USD even if one was to fake the financial institution information.

The Windows Canadian version does allow importing in different currencies, provided that one knows how to fake the financial institution information importing into it using EUR should be possible.

And in no case can you import multiple currencies into the same account.

BTW importing a QIF file would still work because it just has numbers in it, not anything to do with currency.  But it is very limited because Quicken no longer processes QIF files to match existing transactions or to rename payees/match to memorized payees to assign a category.  The matching to existing transactions you can't get around, but QIF files can have the categories in them so the renaming of payees and assigning of categories can be done by the program generating the QIF file.  I have a free program that handle that on my website: http://www.quicknperlwiz.com/
