e*trade bank account transaction won't come down

recently the etrade bank account transactions will not come download.  the balance comes down and the connection is made, but the transaction will not come down until i reset the connection. anyone else seeing this behavior?

    Hello @Brad L Vandermoon,

    Thank you for reaching out to the Community and telling us about your issue, though I am sorry to hear that you are experiencing this.

    To start with, I suggest you try signing out of your data file completely and then signing back in to refresh the registration token for your Online Connected Services. However, I do recommend saving a backup first (just in case). Then, please follow the instructions provided below.
    1. Navigate to the Quicken dropdown menu
    2. Sign Out...
    3. Sign back in using your Quicken ID (email) and password 
    4. Follow the prompts to be taken back to your data file after signing in
    Once that is done, see if the issue still persists.

    i have done above but transactions are still not coming into register; however, the "Account Status" menu indicated that 3 transactions were downloaded.  i will give this a day.
