Why did Quicken make changes to Capital One and Schwab accounts right before the holiday season ?

Why did Quicken make changes to Capital One and Schwab accounts right before the holiday season ? I have several transactions that need to be reconcile.

    Quicken didn't initiate the changes ... CapOne & Schwab initiated them.
    Q had to comply ... or cut those 2 providers off entirely.
    Take your pick.

    Is CapOne credit card also messed up ? 
    I have that, and it has been using EWC+ for quite awhile now - no problems. 
    Of course the Schwab disaster is another story.  I’m not checkmarking my Schwab for OSU until the dust settles, and I can see a clear path of exact steps… including how to handle dup transactions going back to  July 2020

    How about making sure that all of your transactions are reconciled before downloading, and then accept all the transactions into the register and use the Edit Multiple Transactions feature, which can sort by the Clr column?
