Unable to determine the financial institution

Hello! I recently moved and set up new WiFi. Still with Google Fiber, just a "faster" version. I state this because it's the only thing I've changed. Ever since, I cannot get my Quicken to download any transactions. I get connectivity error messages (I'm connected and I've disabled the firewall and still can't connect). And I keep getting the error message "Unable to determine financial institution." Is there something I need to change in my settings since I'm on a new WiFi account? I don't know what else to troubleshoot.

    Have you tried resetting the account connection in Account Settings > Downloads > Reset Connection?
