New Windows Release 12/1/21 does not Load One Quicken File

I get an endless spinning blue wheel when loading one particular file. Other files open and update correctly. Any fix for this?

While Quicken is running with a working Quicken data file select File Menu / Validate and Repair File.Select the Browse button to locate and switch to the file which is not working. Select Validate File. Consider selecting the next two investing-related options if you suspect a problem with investment data. Click OK.If Validate fails on this file or the Validate log file shows serious errors, restore the file from a Manual or Automatic Backup taken prior to the problem first occurring, if necessary going back to older backups until you find a file that does not exhibit these symptoms.
