Merrill Lynch download no longer supported?

Tonight I tried to download my accounts and I got a screen pop that ML is no longer supporting Quicken Mac Downloads. I called ML and they did not know what I was talking about, but here on my screen is a message pop from the Quicken App. No longer supported call ML. SO what is it? WHO is not Telling the truth?

I would recommend contacting your financial institutions Online/OFX team for clarification and further assistance. It is ultimately to the discretion of the financial institution if they wish to provide QFX files for customers to download. Again we apologize for the inconvenience.
