  • Hello @ajpatel2000 , this is Brian from Financial Partners. We're sorry for that you encountered this issue. The CC-502 error is typically received when our systems are unavailable, usually for maintenance. Please try your download again. Hopefully you are no longer receiving the error. If you continue to get it, please reach out to us at 800.950.7328 and we will investigate further.
  • Also receiving this same error, as of 12 Dec. This error has been appearing for several days. Can log in directly to FPCU, but the synch with Quicken is not happening, and has not linked successfully for several days.
  • Electronic connection between Quicken and FPCU appears to have been restored. However, all the established linkages between specific accounts in Quicken and FPCU have been broken. Each account linkage needs to be rebuilt. Initial pass at restoring the links for our family accounts has destroyed all the data in the accounts -- seriously not good. Fortunately there was a backup from yesterday, but there does not appear to be an easy way to restablish the linkages. This is also not good, but not catastrophic. Just is going to require what appears to be several hours of work.
