Citibank and Quicken Disconnect

After more than 10 days of difficulty connecting my Citibank credit cards with Quicken, I was told by Quicken that there is an unresolved problem. This was quite disappointing that a connection issue has taken so long to resolve. Hope it is not a bad omen.
