Program slow to load/update after conversion to windows 11

I updated my laptop to Windows 11 a few days ago. Quicken has been very slow to load and to complete one-step updates. No other programs running, and not having this issue with any other program.

    What is the full path to the folder that contains your Quicken data file on the hard drive? Are you using OneDrive, Dropbox or Google Backup?
