How do I add a new Sallie Mae Credit Card?

I recently received a Sallie Mae Credit Card that is linked to a Sallie Mae Student loan. The Credit Card has a "cash back" function that puts the cash back towards the loan. I can't seem to add that credit card to my Quicken. Is there a way to make this happen?

I'm using Quicken Deluxe Version R36.57 Build 27.1.36.57

    Following is what shows up in the FIDIR list.  This list shows which financial institutions support Quicken and which of their financial products they support with Quicken.:

    63828    63828    63828    Sallie Mae Loan    https://www.salliemae.com/    NA https://www.salliemae.com/login/    ACTIVE                   BANKING,ACCOUNTINFO&EXP-WEB-CONNECT    NOT_QBP    NA
    You will note that both show BANKING but neither show CREDIT.  This means Sallie Mae supports bank accounts but not credit card accounts. 
    In order for Sallie Mae to be set up for credit cards, Sallie Mae will need to contract with Quicken to add support for it.  If you want Sallie Mae to do that then you should contact them and request it.  If enough people request it of them then perhaps they will follow through with Quicken.
    Until that happens your options to include your Sallie Mae credit card in Quicken are to:
    • Set up a manual credit card account and manually enter the transactions.
    • Or, if Sallie Mae allows transactions downloads in QIF, OFX, Excel or CSV formats, you can try manually downloading transactions from your online account and save the file.  Then try using a separate program to convert that file into something that Quicken can import.  Once it is converted and saved you can then try to import the converted file into Quicken and see if that works.  There is a freeware program called ImportQIF that was developed by a long-time Quicken user who is an active participant in this Community forum that you can download from http://www.quicknperlwiz.com/.  I haven't used this program myself but there are people who have posted in this forum that it works quite well.
