QFX will not import

When importing, doesn't ask to link to account or new. Doesn't import info. Just blinks. Help!

    Update - if I quit and restart, I'll get prompted the way I'm supposed to - but if I try to link to the existing Apple Card, it doesn't import. I have to import to new and then drag and drop transactions.
