January 3 and still cannot update Schwab accounts. I have been using Quicken since 1997 and I have never seen anything like this. I'm very sad to think Quicken is abandoning all it's Schwab customers without a word to us.

I plan to try again today, perhaps from the backup created after step 5 but before the step 6 "re-connection". Any suggestions to get Quicken to also download new transactions would be welcome.
