Changing Banks for a Credit Card

Canada - I have a Costco MC through Capital One. CIBC will take over the Costco book of business in March with the same CC #s. Can I change the download process for the account from Capital One to the CIBC?

Hi @Frank McLellan, yes you can change the financial institution a credit card downloads from. To do this, you would need to deactivate and relink the account with the new financial insition. After deactivating, you would want to make sure to take out the financial institution name as well so that it can be linked to a different one. Here are instructions
