SFGIDirect can't download, in a loop for the code

hi,
another account that I have got into the same situation
nothing has been downloaded for several weeks and no errors by Quicken
yes, there are transactions
account reset - no effect
account online deactivate and activate got into the loop of asking and providing registration code
Quicken complains about trouble connecting to Summit Community Bank
and ask to Try Again
that leads to new prompt to send the code
and all this in indefinite loop
how to address this to resume download transactions from sfgidirect ?

yes, it's under Summit Community Bank
does it work for anyone to auto download transactions?

After I deactivated online for the SFGI account as it's recommended by https://www.mysummit.bank/content/wwwmysummitbank
and followed the instructions to connect via Direct Connect and via Express Web Connect, but in both cases it failed where my quicken showed error to try again
I tried several times
anything else I can try?
