How to Exclude Security Prices When Using One-Step Update?

Sometimes I don't want to update security prices when I use One-Step Update in order to keep my data file from expanding. I leave the "update security prices" UNCHECKED when I do the update, but the prices continue to be updated. How do I keep the prices from being updated and just download bank/broker transactions? Thanks.

    There might be a bug there but note that Quicken also gets prices from downloading your transactions from your financial institution.  The prices and number of shares and such are always included in the download.  You can't turn this off as long as you are downloading the transactions.
