Wings Financial Credit Union - not downloading [Edited]

Ongoing problem. Several months now. Started as hit or miss. Would download the second or third attempt. Progressed to needing 5 or 6 attempts. Now I'm on day 3 and no luck at all. Never downloads on the first try. Each attempt also taking a long time. Any suggestions? All my other account downloads working fine.

    Anyone else having issues Wings. Can't download from accounts for the past month. Quicken and Wings supposedly working on tickets but nothing resolves.

    Thank you both for coming to the community to report the issues that you are having, though I apologize that you are experiencing this. 

    Can I have both of you go to Help>Report a problem from within your software. Please provide a description of the issue and leave the log files attached. You can then send it to Quicken.

    Let us know once you have done this, and we will review the logs to see if there are any errors present.

    Ok. Thanks. Tried again this morning. Keeps timing out. Finally got it to download on the 8th try. Hope you can figure it out. Very time consuming.

    Today it took 28 download attempts and 5 hours 40 minutes before I could get an update from Wings Financial.

    Issue may be resolved for some but I still had to try to download from Wings Financial Credit Union 6 times today before I got a good download. It has been this way for 4 months now.

    Thank you for your response, I am sorry that this issue is still occurring for you, I understand how that can be frustrating. 

    Now that the issue has been resolved yet is still acting finicky for you, I would recommend deactivating the account(s) associated with Wings Financial Credit Union, removing the saved login credentials from the Keychain Access app, and then reactivating the accounts. However, before doing so, I do recommend saving a backup of your data file first (just in case). Then, please check and make sure you do not have any hidden accounts that may be connected to this financial institution.
    1. Go to the Accounts menu and choose Hide and Show Accounts
    2. Uncheck any accounts with this specific financial institution that are checked as hidden in Lists
    After that, please follow the troubleshooting instructions below:
    1. Open the account register and navigate to the Settings gear on the bottom-right corner
    2. Click on the Downloads tab
    3. Click Disconnect Account (if there are more than one account associated with this financial institution, please repeat steps 1 through 3 for each account)
    4. Quit Quicken
    5. Open Finder and navigate to Applications > Utilities > Keychain Access app
    6. On the left panel in the Keychain Access app, set the Keychains to Login and the Category to Passwords
    7. Search for the financial institution's name in the top-right search field and delete any entries found showing "Quicken password for [your financial institution username] at [financial institution name] "
    8. Quit the Keychain Access app and reopen Quicken
    9. Navigate to Accounts > New and choose the appropriate account type for the accounts that you previously deactivated 
    10. At the bottom of the window showing the list of the financial institutions, click on the "My bank is not listed" question mark icon, then click Update List
    11. Wait for the list to finish updating and Updated: " displays the current date.
    12. Click the Show List button to continue
    13. Use the search field at the top of the list to find and select your financial institution and click Continue
    14. Follow the prompts to sign in using your login credentials associated with the financial institution
    15. If the accounts have been found successfully; use the dropdown menus to link each account to the appropriate account in Quicken

    Did everything and got same error message I have been getting: Hystrix::Hystrix Command Timeout Occurred while executing request for InstitutionID=3289. All my other accounts download normally on the first try.

    I'm not able to connect to bank to reset accounts. Just like I was not able to download before I reset accounts. At bottom of dialog box it also shows AGGREGATOR_IN_ERROR (FI_TIMEOUT:FDP-102)
