Capital One Bank unable to connect

Its been months since I have not been able to connect to Capital one Bank. Auto download is an important feature. What's the problem? Tried everything suggested. No luck. Is anyone working on this problem! I am getting ready to cancel my subscription.

    Same here, [Removed - Speculation]. I've tried all of the suggested fixes of deactivating and reactivating.
