    Hello Frawick,

    I am sorry to hear that you are having this problem linking with your Connexus accounts. Thank you for providing additional information and clarification.

    First, be sure to save a backup by going to File > Save a Backup in the menu at the top of the screen while Quicken is open. Doing this frequently whenever using Quicken and before attempting any other troubleshooting steps is a recommended habit. 

    Disconnect your accounts by selecting one of them from the left-hand panel in the Quicken window under the Account List. Go to Accounts > Settings > Downloads and then click Disconnect Account. Next, navigate to Quicken > Preferences > Connected Services in the previously mentioned upper menu. Click Reset next to the Cloud account information in this window. Now, attempt to link your accounts by going to the Add Account button denoted by the '+' in the upper left-hand corner of the Quicken window. Be sure to select LINK under the Action column when prompted, rather than Ignore or Add.

    I am sorry to hear that this issue is persisting. Thank you for keeping in touch with us about this problem. 

    First, I do have a few questions. Is any antivirus software active on your device, currently? Is your FireWall currently enabled? Also, do you know if you are making use of a Virtual Private Network, or VPN? Lastly, have you noticed any new error messages after trying to reset the cloud and relink your accounts? What happened after attempting this, exactly?

    Also, be sure to go into Accounts > Hide and Show Accounts in the upper menu at the top of the screen while Quicken is open and confirm that there are no hidden accounts that are currently connected by unchecking each under Hide in Lists and then, after selecting each account that may have been hidden, going to Accounts > Settings > Downloads. If the Connect Account option appears, the account has been disconnected.
