Anyone Else having problems with duplicate transactions downloading?

Apparently Amex recently changed how it downloads transactions. With the new method, they all went into a new account (which I know how to fix), and there are many duplicate transactions. I'm using Windows 10.

    I'm not having that problem with Amex and the connection method today is "Direct Connect" as it has been from the beginning.  You might check the "Online Services" tab of that Account to see if somehow the download method get changed.
