Missing Older Transactions

When I sync'd to the cloud my transactions stopped mid-April of 2021. Where did the older transactions go? They used to be there. What am I doing wrong?

    Missing where?  In Desktop Quicken or QMobile/Q-Web?

    Do you have a recent backup of your data file from prior to the "sync"?  You could try restoring it, changing the name as you do so to prevent overwriting the current data file.
